sa akin eh almost 1 month eh nakikita ko na yung bagong tubong coat nya tapos pagtubo eh shiny na sya..syempre you need to comb his/her coat pa din para mas mg-shine...

Yup...labrador has a short coat also...

hindi masyaho halata yung shinny coat ng yellow lab.. unless titingnan mong mabuti.. unlike sa black and choco na kahit malayo kitang kita agad and also sa flash ng cam..  kitang kita ung shinny ng black and choco... sayang yellow kasi yung sakin.. heheh pero ayus lang..

Honestly...if you have yellow lab, you don't need to feed him/her fish oil coz it doesn't matter...you'll hardly see his/her coat shines unless you look into it so near...Maybe combing his/her coat would help a lot and by giving him/her premium dog foods for his/her coat...

@fox river: yah... ganun nga napansin ko... heheh parang hindi na need ang fish oil sa yellow lab kung panpakintab ng coat ang habol.. hirap kasi makita yung effect heheh.. go! nats salmon ang kibbles nya, uubusin ko lang yung fish oil nya (around 100's na pa kasi) dahil sayang naman hehe.. ok na ko sa go! nats..

sobrang short ng hair ng lab kaya minsan ko lang sinusuklay.. ahahahaha...

Have you tried chicken and fruits and vegetables na variant ng GO NAT!? ano ba mas ok, yun o yung salmon?

@brainwashed12:  yung same po nung kay mhelblues (tingnan mo sa page.9) ang gamit ko, 100pcs = 750 pesos.. 3 bottles kasi binili ko.. naghati kami nung barkada ko, so tig 150pcs. kami.. uubusin ko lang yun then mag stop na ko, since nagpalit na ko premium dogfood so hindi ko na masyado need.

@fox river: hindi ko pa po natry yung chicken and fruits and vegetables na variant eh.. kakapalit ko lang kasi last week hehe.. siguro  mag stay muna ako sa salmon ng about 2 months bago ko itry yung chicken and fruits and vegetables na variant.. so far ok naman sya sa salmon.. =)

I've read the whole thread at buti nalang I did kasi I learned that fish oil is different from fish liver oil and cod liver oil. Meron kasi kami sa bahay ng cod liver oil. Buti di ko binigay sa aso ko. ^^;; Anyway, may nakita kasi ako sa Watson's na Omega-3 softgels: http://www.natformula.com/nutrition-d1/supplements-c1/omega-3-epadha-p7/ It costs P150/30 softgels. Has anybody tried this? Mas mura kasi siya eh compared to other imported brands. Also, some people might like to try it kaya naglakas-loob na rin akong mag post

may ingredients ba sa label? as long as hindi rin sya with liver oil.. pwede narin, yun naman kaseng omega3 for plant matter, pwede din naman din sa dog yun, sa human kase wala namang problema, nagkakaron lang ng argument if it is good sa  dog (canine) na carnivorous..

this is an interesting thread. i am a poodle-owner and i'm you guys, with your posts, have convinced me to give fish oil a try. kaya lang hindi ko alam where to get the right fish oil for my dogs. I own 2 adults and 1 puppy poodle. every when do i give them fish oil and what again are the types that i should avoid? hehe:) thank you guys!
